Jo Davison is the Co-founder and creator of Blue Cow Global and Crack it University. In addition to leading, The Blue Cow Summit and Blue Cow Empowerment Day for Women, Jo is a business mentor, international speaker, consultant and author. Having started a healthcare business with her husband in 2001, Jo exited the business having built it from scratch to a seven figure turnover. Jo is in demand as a speaker, business coach and team trainer both in the small business and the corporate sector where she teaches Blue Cow technology. She is the best selling author of "Crack It - 5 Steps to Creating a WoW Chiropractic Practice," and "5 Steps To Creating A WoW Team." Jo loves to help people 'unleash their Inner Blue Cow' and create a life and business they love.
Sahar Hashemi, a former lawyer, founded Coffee Republic, the UK’s first US style coffee bar chain with her brother and built it into one of the UK’s most recognised high street brands with a turnover of £30m. She made Coffee Republic one of the first players in the ‘coffee revolution’ that transformed the UK high street.
Sahar published a bestselling book called Anyone Can Do It- building Coffee Republic from our kitchen table, which has been translated into 6 languages and is 2nd highest selling book on entrepreneurship on Amazon after Richard Branson’s book. In 2005 Sahar Hashemi started Skinny Candy, high profile brand of guilt-free sweets which she sold to confectionery conglomerate Glisten plc in 2007.
In June 2012 Sahar was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list “for services to the UK economy and to charity”. Sahar was named ‘Pioneer to the life of the nation’ by Her Majesty The Queen and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in Davos. She was also named one of 100 most influential women in Britain by the Daily Mail.
Emma Cannon is a fertility and women’s health expert, registered acupuncturist, founder of the Emma Cannon Clinic in London's Chelsea, and a mentor and speaker. From her fertility rooms she has helped countless patients achieve their dream of having a family. She is author of four books including the best-selling 'The Baby Making Bible' and her fifth book, FERTILE, will be published by Vermillion in March 2017.
Emma specialises in the treatment of infertility but she also treats women during pregnancy, post-partum and the menopause. Taking a highly personalised and holistic approach, Emma’s clinic offers acupuncture, acupressure, diet and nutrition advice, diagnostic testing for fertility issues, and support throughout assisted fertility treatment. Emma also runs a satellite clinic at the Lister Hospital where her team support IVF patients through their treatment.
She writes regularly for Natural Health Magazine and The Huffington Post and has contributed to many newspapers, magazines and radio programmes. In October 2016 she was a speaker for TedX Covent Garden Women on the subject of fertility.
Bindar Dosanjh founder of Smart Core Wealth is an Award winning, financially free property investor, Mentor, international speaker and lawyer with a portfolio worth several million pounds all done part time and as a single parent. She has mentored hundreds of people to achieve the similar goals.

Mirela Sula is a journalist, trainer and psychologist, She has worked in the media and education for the last 15 years. Her background takes in psychology and counselling, journalism, teaching, coaching and media training. She is the creator and co-founder of Migrant Woman Limited, and Publisher of Global Woman.co magazine in London. She is the organiser of Migrant Woman Talks and author of several bestselling books. Her latest, ‘Don’t Let Your Mind Go’ is published in America and Turkey. Mirela was the resident psychologist on the Public TV Channel in Albania, and panellist a popular show there called Love Story.

Having worked with politicians, leaders and celebrity clientele - as well as brands such as NIKE, Jessica has certainly mastered the art of creating visual success and impact. Jessica aims to empower, educate and inspire men and women to present the best version of themselves each and everyday.
Melissa has been involved with chiropractic for 24 years in many different and varied roles. She is also the mother of 6 chiropractic children raised from a vitalistic principle. Her passion lies with inspiring others to be their very best, to work to their strengths and live their souls purpose.
Anita Goyal is the Director and Trustee of The Hemraj Goyal Foundation (HGF). In 2016 she was awarded for her outstanding achievement in philanthropy by the British Asian Achievers. Anita completed a BSc in Biomedical Materials Science & Engineering at Queen Mary College, London. Anita’s passion for teaching led her to become a Science teacher, progressing to Head of Science and then advancing to Assistant Head Teacher of inclusion. Anita has completed her MA in Special and Inclusive Education. She is the Co-founder of Ultimate You where she designs educational seminars for business, leadership, life and relationships with her husband- Avnish Goyal. She is passionate about making a difference and believes in doing everything with passion and purpose.
